2. Nature of Services
SUD Consultants provides professional consulting, medical direction, educational services, and expert witness testimony related to substance use disorder (SUD) and addiction medicine. All clinical services are performed by licensed, board-certified physicians.
3. No Attorney-Client or Doctor-Patient Relationship Created by Website Alone
Use of this Site or submission of a contact form does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, or any other confidential relationship. A formal relationship is only established after both parties sign an engagement agreement and, where applicable, complete intake and consent procedures.
4. Payment & Refunds
- Fees for consultations, medical direction, speaking engagements, and expert services are outlined in individual agreements.
- Payments are due as agreed. Retainers for expert witness services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Consultation fees paid in advance are refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a full or partial fee at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, documents) is owned by or licensed to SUD Consultants and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUD Consultants, its physicians, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
